R.I.P. THE NEEDLES
MONDAY AUG 17
Well it has been a very long time since the last update, but for good reason. Sadly the
needles are no more, we broke up just before in june. I wont get into the reasons for it, but anyone of the band leaving
was tough to replace so we just called it quits. The show on June 26 was played by the band the Laci Petersons, which
was bill, eric, steve and our pal nate. we played a few needles songs, a couple others, and it was the only day of the
bands existence.
I have put together a needles anthology called RIP-The legendary needles, and if anyone wants it they can just
email me and ill give it to them. its been a fun two years and im sad to see it end, but thats how it goes.
Just as importantly Steve and Bill are now in a new band- Coffin Cadillacs. You can check it out at www.coffincadillacs.com i highly recomend it. Well Goodbye, and good luck to all of you creeps out there poisoned by the needles.

UPDATE!!!!
the show for June 26 is very much on!!! thanx to ben for seting it up, hopfuly the first in a long line of coaborations.
its gonna be at access on main street near UB south, we are opening for a bunch of touring bands---check the shows page

otherwise we just wrote 4 more songs and have been messing with our sounds a little bit, so keep your ears open.
the next cd is still in the works, just be patient. on an unrealted note- the fucker who stole my Needles jacket is
gonna get a knife in his throat- anyone who sees a kid (who isnt screamin steve) with a jacket with The Needles/Pope
Skull on the back get the person's adress and ill send you a video of a real murder

ahh spring is upon us, and with the change in weather more victems will be taking walks by themselves at night
on a less serious topic, a few new MP3s have been added, check that section and listen up. since we have these
new songs and are currently recording, it can be said that progress on the next cd "Sex or the Saw" is about half done.
there is a show happening in june (although there may be more before that-check shows page) and the CD ought to be done by
then. so until next time, stay violent

ohhhh! well been a while since an update so i figure i owe you
one. the show in feb was very good, we seemed to go over well and all the bands there were awesome-thanks to all of
them
on a less serious note im gonna sell your vital organs in hong kong
so we are doin some more recording, got a few prospects for show coming up, most likley in april
and some stuff over the summer

the time of the show on the 27th has been changed to 5:00, not 6:00 which is important cause we go on first.
a couple more bands got added and they had to the show, its lookin to be quite the event so i expect all you maniacs will
show up.

Ahhhh the holidays are upon us, i hope you all love the cold. as for updates, we got some more songs and are
nearly complete with another EP- Sex or The Saw. as it stands right now there are 5 songs, just ask us about it, it
should be a free one unless we decide to make it a longer one.
besides that there is little to report, no shows coming up, but hey....miracles can happen

Check it! So hey, the show didnt work out again, but it seems like we are just gonna have to do it ourselves so early

pull through on a venue for the halloween show but were ready to play for the devil on her birthday. Also we have been

Well, we are sooo close to being done recording, so we can start up playing some shows and writing again. The latest
mix of Barbarism is up, it should work well on any computer now (but the file is pretty big). So if anyone out there

January 31st, 2003 Greatings to all. Things continue.... we continue to record, and now I must
make the CD booklet. I apoligize for the mp3 we put up, because unless you have aol it dosn't work. And I apoligize
if you have AOL and it worked because I hear it wasn't much better than the last one. But never fear, when I get my
First copy of our CD I'll personally make this "mp3" thing work.

January 6th, 2003 Well, it's been a while, and we have been busy. Were do I begin.... Ah, yes,
we are still recording. We've got 5 songs done. That's including Barbarism re-done. The version on the mp3
was crap because we hadn't yet figured out the 4-track. Now all is good, but it's up to Screamin' Steve to hook the
new one into the inter-net. That and, I BEAT EEASY IN A RACE TO DENNYS!!!! My eye hurts, so I gotta go target
practicing.... Bill when you read this remind me, my bullets have dust on them since it started to snow :-( .

December 8th 2002, Ahh, the snow is finally here... I love it. It makes everyone so un-happy.
Anyway, stuff is updated, and a special thanx to Mike and Dan for showing at our show. As for our album, we continue
to work on it. Now that school is out we should be able to devote more time to recording, and writing new material.
We'll probably be having another gig soon. Hopefully more people will come.
